Update: The third time I went in I was lucky enough to wind up with a supervisor. She apologized, took my info, and my earnings were updated the very next week. I'm raising this a star due to her incredible service. Some of their other employees need to take as much pride in their work as she does.
Had a appointment this morning 7/26/17 the facility had a long line when we arrived early. I'm a 100% handicap veteran.
Twice I have turned in copies of my W-2's from 2015 and twice they have lost them. This is after sitting around for hours waiting to be seen. Both times the failed to accept responsibility for their actions once even attempting to deny I turned anything in. This is an example of an embarrassing waste of our tax dollars.
Pleasantly surprised. The officer who issued instructions and let everyone in was jovial and professional, the greeter at the door was friendly and cheerful, and Miss Wright, who assisted me at the window, was very pleasant and kind. There was quite a line outside when they opened a few minutes early to get everyone checked in. We were done and out the door in about 15 minutes total. Good job, staff! I would agree that the parking is inadequate for the volume they serve. I'm sure it's a much more difficult experience later in the day. I highly recommend arriving around 8 o'clock like we did, and waiting for them to open at nine. In spite of waiting to open, you'll get served right away and your total time in and out will pay off.
Are you kidding me? The gas station down the street has more available parking than this! RIDICULOUS!
Anyway I was seen early, the person knew her job and did it exceeding well.
Parking is an issue. Its best to make an appointment, it gets u in almost emediatly.. I was very pleased!
