Checked in late had to wait for help and paid full price for a four hour stay but very clean nice room's
Our room was very nice. It was clean smell good and just great all the way around. I loved it. I will stay again..
Clean, new, and easy place to sleep. I stayed here a few times when it was warmer and the AC/cooling was great. The room was clean (no smells, no insect issues, no mold -- it was very clean) and sorted (trash taken out, toiletries in place). If you are in town for work, training (TEEX in my case), or just passing through looking for a place to rest, I recommend over everything else the Scottish Inns.
I travel for a living and booked a room for one night at the Scottish Inns and suites. When I got to the location I was greeted by a women who did not follow what my reservation had said and argued with me. I got charged for two nights worth of reservation when I only needed one. I Payed it anyhow because I needed a place to stay, I felt ripped off. Regardless of the reservation fiasco that was not the only thing wrong with my stay, when entering my room I began to sweat, they left the a.c. off and it took atleast an hour to cool the room down. Another issues was that my bed was dirty and full of hair and particles, I don't think they even cleaned it. I slept on the couch. Out of all my years of traveling, this had to be the worst experience I have ever had.
Visiting some friends and family in the Dallas area and decided to stay here. The price was right and the photos impressed me. Check-in was a breeze; Ben (I think he was the manager) was extremely helpful and made sure I had a great stay. The room was actually much bigger than I expected, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Super clean and the towels were soft. Other reviews complain about the location. Sure, you have to drive a little bit, but the price of the hotel is seriously worth the drive.
